I bring nearly 20 years of experience in domestic violence work, 30 years in ministry and community activism, and almost 40 years of marriage. I’ve also faced the heartbreaking loss of a child, which deepened my understanding of grief, resilience, and healing. As an African American therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients navigate minority stress, trauma, and the impact of marginalization. My focus includes grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, perinatal mental health, and spiritual abuse.
