I work with busy professionals, high achievers, and individuals navigating life transitions, including new and existing parents, those expecting, the LGBTQ community, and members of the Asian/Asian American and immigrant communities. Many of my clients are first-generation professionals balancing career demands, burnout, identity concerns, and family or relationship stress. I offer grounded, practical therapy focused on creating real movement—whether through tangible change or helping you break through internal patterns that feel stuck. I believe therapy should lead to real movement, not just insight.
