My ideal clients are individuals and groups who have survived a trauma or disaster, such as the wildfires in Altadena, Pasadena, or the Pacific Palisades, and are finding their way through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or complex PTSD. I’ have walked alongside many who have faced profound loss, addiction, or the emotional toll of first response work. My approach focuses on helping clients regulate their emotions, rediscover calm, and see their lives through a kinder, more hopeful lens, one that nurtures healing, connection, and resilience. Clients learn to redefine themselves and new coping skills and better tools extend their window of tolerance to find better emotional footing. These awarenesses help clients transition from being challenged to understanding what they want from life and select steps to achieve it.
