Dayna truly believes that every individual deserves to find lasting happiness that comes from within. No one can do this for another. Instead, it is a commitment to oneself. Whether the goal is personal growth, repairing relationships, or overcoming addiction, each person is capable of making the changes necessary to actualize their fullest potential. Dayna is an EMDR certified therapist. She is passionate about her clients receiving personalized therapeutic care. She limits her caseload to find balance in her life and to be an example of the need for balance in her client's lives also. Each client deserves a clinician who is totally invested in their treatment and places them as a priority.
