Living with constant self-pressure or quiet self-blame can make it hard to slow down and feel worthy of care. Many of the clients I support are navigating identity shifts, relationship changes, academic or career transitions, or the experience of adapting to a new culture. I work with individuals, including Mandarin speakers, who want relief from anxiety or emotional heaviness and hope to develop a more authentic, grounded, and compassionate relationship with themselves.
