We are accepting new clients! Please visit our website and fill out a contact form. We provide a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space for you to process and heal. We believe the foundation of a positive counseling experience is trust, understanding, feeling validated, seen, and heard. We work with a variety of issues, including trauma, difficult life adjustments such as divorce, grief, loss, difficult family dynamics, or simply to help individuals better understand themselves to follow personal goals. We are knowledgeable in neurodiversity, and love working with ADHD, Autism, PTSD, and other co-occurring issues. View 8 Photos We are eclectic in our approach, and utlize a variety of interventions: Complex Trauma processing via Polyvagal Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Strength-Based Positive Psychology, and ACT. We value a space built on healthy relationships, and believe that every individual has different needs depending on life situations and cultural backgrounds.
