About
I am a kind and empathetic psychotherapist who is deeply committed to supporting you through growth, change, and healing. My goal as a therapist is to help you explore, experience, and process emotions in a safe, nurturing space. I provide a non-judgmental environment where together we can identify your needs and gain insight into your healing process. I specialize in working with those experiencing trauma, PTSD, attachment issues and codependency, depression, anxiety, fear, relationship issues, low self-esteem, lack of fulfillment, grief, and questions of identity. I also often work with BIPOC and First Generation communities. I draw from holistic, relational, mind-body, cognitive, psychodynamic, and trauma-focused therapeutic approaches to help deepen insight, increase self-awareness and provide tools to empower and access innate strength. I'm trained in Attachment Focused-EMDR which is an incredible tool to help process and heal trauma. Every human being deserves to feel safe.
