I believe that we are all infinitely complex, and that our power lies in our complexity. Using decolonial frameworks, I work to co-create a therapeutic space for you to express yourself, unpack your experiences, and exist in all your complexity. My goal is to support you in building honest and authentic relationships - with yourself, and with the people and places around you. This work includes exploring the context behind what makes you think and feel in the ways that you do. I aim to support you to find your own definitions of healing and wellness, and build your own unique paths towards joyful and fulfilling lives.
