With life come trials and tribulations! This journey is about progress, not perfection, everyone is capable of change. When people experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. I seek to humanize mental health struggles and encourage therapy to everyone as the path to normalizing and living a healthy, active, fulfilling life. I am dedicated to working with individuals who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, managing their anger, and trauma-related issues. I help individuals identify the root of the underlying pain, fear, insecurity, and lack of motivation.
