At Dr. Mazmanyan & Associates, we provide attachment-based and relational therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We believe emotional healing and a sense of self develop through relationships and are shaped by early experiences, family dynamics, and cultural contexts. Our clinicians view emotional and relational patterns not as personal flaws, but as meaningful responses to lived experience. Therapy focuses on understanding how these patterns formed, honoring how they once served a purpose, and gently reshaping them to better support current relationships, emotional well-being, and self-trust. We integrate attachment theory and narrative approaches to help clients feel more secure, connected, and confident in themselves and their relationships. Therapy is a collaborative and supportive space where clients can slow down and explore how personal, familial, and cultural stories influence emotional life and relationship patterns.
