My journey to becoming a psychotherapist grew out of personal experiences and a deep awareness of how mental health is often stigmatized in the communities and culture I grew up in. These experiences shaped my commitment to creating a safe, affirming space for healing. I value and honor the uniqueness that makes you who you are, and I strive to walk alongside you as you discover strength, clarity, and growth. I have over six years of experience working in diverse settings, supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges. I like to include humor when appropriate; life is challenging enough.
