My goal of working with you is to assist you in navigating difficulties, issues, and problems within your life that you would like to address in a supportive and empathic manner. I work specifically with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I treat clients for an array of quality of life issues including: depression, anxiety, work related stress, grief and loss, and family conflict. Further, I am here to create a safe space to work on past trauma and other issues that are impacting your life. I believe that you know yourself better than anyone and I am here to listen and to join you on this journey.
