When you come in for services, we will work together as a team to tackle areas in your life that have been a source of distress. Despite any feelings of discouragement or hopelessness, I can help provide you with the hope that you need in order to be strengthened to address those areas of distress. My goal is to help you heal from any wounds that affect your life, and to assist you in dealing with any issues that affect how well you are able to walk through your days. Although the journey is tough, when your therapist is also your teammate, it helps to ease your burden and give you the strength to go on. As opposed to other professional fields, I have specified doctoral training and experience in relationship issues. My second doctorate provides me with psychological education and training to assist in dealing with other life stressors such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
