In my 12 years providing counseling I have worked in several mental health settings between Puerto Rico, Texas and Arizona. I have facilitated individual, group, couple and family counseling mostly focusing on adaptive disorders, PTSD, interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, stress, alcohol/drug addictions and anger management in adults.
