I am a grief specialist who offers a warm, non-judgmental partnership with my clients who may have a chronic or life threatening illness, or are grievers or caregivers. My approach is trauma informed, collaborative, strength-based and tailored to meet your needs. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, families & support groups with people from age 5 to 90 years old. I also work with those facing depression, anxiety, CPTSD and other life challenges and stressors. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Grief Specialist and a Certified Thanatologist.
