Accepting new clients. Over the past 18 years as a counselor, I’ve found that positive change begins with taking accountability for our choices. When we slow down, reflect, and make intentional decisions, we tend to feel more grounded—and that creates space for stronger relationships, deeper confidence, and greater resilience. In my work, I help people focus on what’s within their control, take meaningful steps forward, and build self-awareness along the way. It’s not always comfortable, but that discomfort is often where the most lasting growth happens—especially when navigating stress, uncertainty, or major life transitions.
