As a gay man myself, I understand the extra layers that come with being seen, being safe, and being you in a world that sometimes demands “just fit in.” My approach is warm, real and grounded in evidence: I draw on relational therapy, cognitive-behavioral tools and mindfulness — but we’ll ditch the jargon and focus on you, your story and your goals.
