I am a mental health counselor with 15 years of experience working as an individual and group therapist. My counseling style is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution focused treatment approach. I work with adults who are going through a variety of life challenges and transitions. Clients can expect a thorough discussion of what is bringing them into therapy, what they would like to talk about or work on, ask any questions they may have, and make a plan for their care together moving forward.
