As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I bring a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to my practice, recognizing the profound impact that adversity can have on families. My passion lies in working with individuals who have faced life's challenges head-on, fostering a safe and supportive space for them to explore their life experiences. I am also a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and EMDR Certified therapist. I have experience working with young children, teens and adults. I firmly believe that everyone has a story to tell, and it is my role as a therapist to facilitate that journey toward self-discovery and healing. Embracing a strengths-based perspective, I am committed to empowering individuals to discover and strengthen their resilience and encourage their development of coping skills to navigate life's complexities.
