My ideal client may be navigating trauma, PTSD, or family conflict that feels overwhelming. They may struggle with anxiety, hypervigilance, or strained relationships, and many identify as LGBTQ+ seeking affirming care. My clients want to heal from past pain, reduce distress, and build healthier connections. Together, we work toward resilience, self-acceptance, and lasting change, creating space for them to live more authentically and with greater peace. My approach combines evidence-based trauma therapy with compassion and cultural humility.
