My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in compassion. I integrate parts work, DBT skills, and evidence-based modalities like EFT, CBT, and person-centered therapy. With a focus on nervous system regulation, we’ll explore how your past is showing up in the present—and how to create new patterns that feel safe, empowered, and connected.
