I have experience working with anxiety, depression, interpersonal/relationship difficulties, and post-trauma related symptoms as well as people struggling with coming out, questioning their sexual/gender identity, or other issues connected with the unique experiences of being LGBTQQIAPK+ in our society. I am also trained in EMDR, a therapeutic approach that helps to effectively alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.
