While there are many psychotherapy modalities, I feel that the most important ingredient in the therapeutic process is the ability of the therapist to attune to the individual who is seeking help. This means truly listening with an open heart and conveying empathic understanding. I see psychotherapy as a dyadic process where therapist and client collaboratively work together to bring about desired healing and growth. My role as an experienced facilitator is to utilize my skills and knowledge to guide a way forward toward health and well being.
