I am an LCPC in Maryland with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I also have experience working with concentration, memory, and focus (ADHD). I am a grief-informed professional and focus on life transitions as some of these events can be the most difficult to work through. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
