Sometimes what we need most is someone to just listen carefully, and to ask the right questions, as we talk out our problems and discover the solutions that were in us all along. We seldom want someone who pretends to know the solution to every problem; but we do want someone who knows the right questions to ask, and where to look in search of answers.
