I am excited to provide talk and play therapy to individuals of all ages! My ideal client is someone who is willing to come to session and work through the things they are experiencing; they have made it a goal to help themselves, and understand that doing this sometimes means asking other for help. This looks different for each person, and so I strive offer multiple different strategies to accommodate everyone. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, masculinity and gender expression, and play-based therapy.
