I primarily work with adults either individally or as couples who have anxiety, self esteem, anger managment and communication issues. They often want to feel better about themselves, feel less stress and want to communicate their needs to their partners effectively. My clients are searching for happiness and fulfillment in their daily lives and want to develop the tools needed to be able to accomplish this.
