I have been a psychotherapist for the past five years. My approach is simple: you are the expert in your own life. My role is to empower individuals facing mental health challenges by providing the tools and support they need to build the fulfilling life they envision. LCSW-C. I am a therapist who builds my practice on a strength-based model, empowering clients to recognize and utilize their own resilience and capabilities.
