I aim to create a safe, genuine, and non-judgmental space where you can freely be yourself and work through your trauma and pain.I will work with you as a team to process past experiences, develop skills to manage challenging situations, and foster overall self-growth. I integrate therapy approaches like IFS, ACT and CBT to tailor treatment to your needs.
