I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Virginia and Idaho who specializes in offering individual, couple's, and family therapy services. I am trained in helping clients who are struggling with poor communication skills, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and trauma. I also work with financial trauma, financial stress and couples struggling with financial discussions. I have a long established passion for helping others, whether it is with problem solving through life's harder moments or healing from the devastation of trauma or loss.
