The impact of traumatic events on our minds, bodies and spirits is real and supremely significant. I approach therapy from a holistic perspective using empirically based interventions combined with approaches that are designed to nurture the spiritual being in us all. I welcome any and all perspectives on spirituality. My focus is based in cultural literacy and most importantly cultural humility.
