Hi, I am Donna Bequette. In a warm and connected relationship the potential for healing begins. My skills-based approach to counseling promotes growth and well-being through collaboration, active listening, and effective interventions. My experience includes working with survivors of trauma along with many other issues...including but not limited to stress, depression, anxiety and loss. I also work with couples to resolve communication issues and loss of connection. In a holistic approach; we process on all levels; cognitive, emotional, somatic, social and if desired, a spiritual focus...combined, this can create lasting change.
