I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience working as a therapist. My clients tell me I listen well and remember the details of their situation. When you come into my office you will have my undivided attention. I will share my knowledge and experience with you and together we will make a plan to help you feel better. I know it can be stressful to reach out for help when you are feeling anxious or depressed. I have worked with many clients who have not had therapy before and I will do my best to put you at ease when getting started.
