No matter the crisis, there are few situations that can’t be helped by learning more about yourself, and the patterns that cause you pain. This is true whether you’re single and looking for love, or seek empathy with a partner you’re having the same old fight with. We’re born with the germ of a true self, but may be told this self is unacceptable. This can contribute to anxiety or depression. Therapy is an opportunity to address not just symptoms like these, but to create lasting change through self-awareness.
