Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with twenty years of experience working with people of all ages from various backgrounds experiencing a variety of issues and concerns. As a veteran, I understand the struggles of our military, First Responders, and their family members. My goal is to work with you in addressing your issues and concerns, assist you in achieving your goals and support you while you face and overcome barriers and past experiences. It is my goal to provide you with a safe space and judgement free zone to work alongside you in achieving your goals. I am here to help you and guide you through the process of achieving wellness. I do this through a variety of therapeutic techniques including strength-based therapy and trauma informed approaches, including, but not limited to IFS, Focusing, Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Theory and EMDR.
