I am a caring and intelligent counselor who helps individuals and couples become more grounded in themselves as they make changes in their lives that create the clarity and ease they are looking for. With thirty years of experience, I strive to create a trusting environment for emotional safety . This allows my clients to bring more curiosity about themselves and fewer judgements. My style is interactive and dynamic, focusing on the connection of mind, body, and soul. I teach mental health skills so clients learn to tolerate anxieties and other feelings that often accompany growth in order to obtain the happiness they seek.
