I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adults and elders. I have a strong belief that anyone can create a happy life for themselves, and I can help! I provide a safe and confidential setting to effectively investigate and help with anger, depression, drugs/alcohol, mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, relationships, grief/loss, stress management and PTSD. If you are feeling unfulfilled, empty, or just not happy with your life, let's begin the life-changing journey to happiness. I provide intensive, long term therapy for deep-seated issues as well as short term therapy for situational issues.
