I work with a clients ages teen to adult. I strive to help heal the whole person and integrate different approaches to best fit each one of my clients. I incorporate Person-Centered, Psychodrama, emotion focused therapy, DBT and CBT in my sessions. I have experience working with groups and individuals with substance abuse and mental health challenges. I view the therapeutic alliance between client and clinician as the most important aspect of therapy. I believe in working together with my clients to achieve their stated goals by fully caring for and supporting each client without judgment.
