I have worked with persons of all ages, ethnicities, and sexual and gender orientation experiencing a wide range of issues including life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, early attachment trauma, traumas both big and small, and more. My psychotherapy practice and life are informed by over thirty-five years of yoga practice and teaching. I blend various somatic approaches to assist you on your healing journey. I'm currently working with individual adults and seniors, and couples using mindfulness-based, somatically oriented approaches. I believe in your innate capacity towards healing.
