Working with individuals for 30 years I have found that some are interested in a few sessions to address a specific problem or situation while others require help in exploring why they are feeling poorly, are anxious or are just not themselves. They may be in their 20s and just transitioning into adulthood or finding work that meets their needs. Those in their 30s and 40s might be trying to move up in their careers, building relationships and families or trying to balance both! Clients in their 50s and 60s may be experiencing transitions that they didn’t anticipate or are finding them more difficult than expected.
