My approach to therapy is to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. As a person-centered therapist, I have worked in the fields of mental health and substance use disorders for over 20 years, in both outpatient settings and in crisis services. My interests are working with women, non-traditional aged students, trauma and PTSD survivors, and veterans.
