It is an honor to join clients in their pursuit of mental wellness and healing. I have over 25 years of experience helping clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, stress, parenting challenges, trauma and life changes among other concerns. Therapy is a collaboration between the client and the therapist. As the treating therapist, I use best practice models to match an intervention to the presenting concerns. Trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, ITR, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and CBT, I put together an approach that best addresses the client's needs and preferences.
