Making the decision to seek a therapist is the first step to caring for yourself. My focus has always been teaching new mindsets and behaviors to create the life you want. Many people have an expectation of what they think their life should be based on family, friends, or societal expectations. People often chase happiness while dragging along their baggage from the past. But true peace comes from identifying our own expectations and what will bring us fulfillment.
