Hi! I know reaching out to a therapist can feel overwhelming and intimidating- I commend you for taking that first step toward change. I believe that we all deserve to feel happiness and at peace in our lives. My goal as a therapist is to provide a non-judgmental, empowering, and safe environment, while supporting my clients through their journey of growth and self-acceptance. I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified dance/movement therapist. I work with adults who are dealing with depression; anxiety; infertility, pregnancy and postpartum issues; relationship issues; major life changes; and stress.
