It takes a lot of courage to seek help with life's challenges. I have experience helping clients navigate family conflict, anxiety and depression, performance issues in school and work, self-esteem, trauma, gender, sexuality, race, culture, and life transitions. While we can’t change difficult situations and traumas of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve them. We can also focus our work on navigating the challenges of today.
