About
I am a Licensed Professional Therapist, nurse, spouse, mother, and grandmother. Each of us has many roles placed upon us, and life produces stressors for each responsibility and its accompanying expectations. I assist families and individuals experiencing life traumas, crises, transitions, and major illnesses to cope, understand, and sometimes just accept these challenges. Using a combination of therapy: cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused, I work collaboratively with my clients to assist them in understanding and making progress toward their chosen goals.
