Asking for help can be challenging for many people, especially when you’re not feeling your best. Having worked with people for over 30 years, I have an appreciation of how important it is to feel like you’ve found a good fit. I am committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment wherein a range of concerns may be explored and better understood. My engagement with older adolescents, adults, and couples is interactive as we discuss the issues that may interfere with optimal well-being. These areas of focus include anxiety/depression, work adjustment, ADHD, eating disorders, relational, couples, illness and loss.
