I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master's degree from New York University, with over twenty years of experience. I have spent many years helping my clients identify their issues, set goals and work toward changing their lives for the better. My focus is helping couples, children and adults struggling with a wide range of issues to cope with everyday stressors. These include relationship difficulties, feelings of low self-esteem, anxiety and depression and much more. My style is interactive applying both an interpersonal and cognitive behavioral approach. Coming to therapy can be intimidating, changing patterns can be daunting. Having the support of a trained therpaist can help make these changes possible.
