I believe therapy is a tool to empower us to find balance in our mind, body and soul. I take a holistic approach in helping individuals and families to make changes. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, personality disorders and trauma related issues. My goal is to empower & support you in achieving your optimum state of wellness. I specialize in trauma specific treatment such as EMDR, DBT and TREM. To calm the body and mind, I also use Mindfulness Based Therapy, Aromatherapy, Intutive Eating Therapy and Auricular Acupuncture. Together we can determine what treatment modality is the best fit.
