I bring a knowledge of family systems thinking to broaden your understanding of the challenges experienced in your social, emotional, and physical functioning, as they are opportunities to evolve and increase our Best Self. One aspect of my role is to challenge automatic thinking and perceptions to promote better thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making by developing: a broader way of thinking about and solving relationship problems, ways of managing Self in anxious situations, principles that can guide you in your actions.
